Recently, I had the honor and priviledge of interviewing the beautiful Ruta Lee. She is such an amazing person, beautiful inside and out. She is an advocate and known for her exquisite charity work with the Thalians, a Mental Health Organization. Lee is a Chairwoman of the Board Emeritus and has worked many years alongside Debbie Reynolds, who was the President of the Thalians. Reynolds was the Chairman of the Board on alternate years with actress Ruta Lee. The Thalian’s Christmas Ball was the social event of the year. They do many galas and fundraisers and most recently partnered with UCLA’s “Operation Mend,” to help support veterans who have struggled or need help with mental health.
